The Pre-employment Questionnaire is a tool that we use to make the applicant screening process more efficient. It is to your advantage to be as specific as possible when listing your skills and experience in the requested area.

If you are hired by Apex Homes, Inc. you will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen. The test will be completed onsite by a representative of our company who is certified in the collection and processing of the test and results. The fee for the test is $35.00 which is payable at the time of the test, reimbursed if the results are negative, and after you have completed 30 working days of employment.
